Plateau Animal Home Health is a full-service, mobile veterinary practice proudly bringing high-quality care to your doorstep. To keep our services sustainable and clear, we have updated our service areas into two simple travel-fee zones:

• $65 Core Service Zone: Serving Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, Murrieta, Menifee, Temecula, Canyon Lake, Sun City, La Cresta, French Valley, and De Luz.

• $80 Extended Service Zone: Serving Perris, Nuevo, Homeland, Winchester, San Jacinto, Hemet, Sage, South Corona, and South Temecula/Pechanga.

 

Please note: We are currently unable to service Fallbrook, Rainbow, Aguanga, Anza, and the mountain communities (such as Idyllwild and Mountain Center). Please refer to the map below to locate your zone!
